Counseling

It is quite natural to sense reluctance at the thought of seeking professional help from a counselor. After all, you are thinking of all those scary, secret places inside that you really don't want some stranger poking around asking questions about and getting you to drag into the open! Well...
I have good news for you!

That's not what I do. Very simply, I just help you explore those areas of your life where things aren't working very well. We only go where you want to go! So, ask yourself if you're having problems in any of the following areas:

  1. Depression

  2. Anxiety

  3. Grief

  4. Conflict

  5. Confusion

  6. Low self-esteem

  7. Self-sabotage

  8. Failure

  9. Loneliness

  10. Feeling Stuck

  11. Old wounds that won't heal

  12. Spiritual Crisis

  13. Close relationships that have grown dull or conflict-ridden

How does counseling work?
There are several options available when seeking counseling. I will be happy to help you evaluate all of these options, and to pick what works (and feels) best for you. In order to accomplish that, I provide a FREE initial phone consultation (15 minute) to explore what you're looking for, and how I can best provide the help you desire.

Here are some of the more common choices:

  1. Personal counseling

  2. Couples counseling

  3. Telephone or online counseling

  4. Classes

Your FREE consultation is subject to time available on my schedule. Therefore, I suggest you contact me immediately to increase your chances of finding an appointment time that is most convenient for you.

To schedule your FREE 15 minutes with me (first-time clients only), you may email or phone. If I don't answer the phone it's most likely because I'm with a client. But don't worry, I will get back to you shortly.
