Dayna is a trained Sport Psychology Consultant with a certificate in Addictions Counseling. She has a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals. As a competitive athlete for most of her life and with 17 years of yoga instructing, Dayna has found that yoga is a pillar to enhancing body/mind wiliness. Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, studies show that asana (movement in yoga) has a tremendous impact on the emotions, organs and systems of the body.
